23ኛ ጊዜ ተመራቂ መኮንኖች 

We are the 23rd graduands of the Ethiopian Police College, having completed the three years course between 1977 and 1980 Ethiopian calendar. As alumni of the college, we have come together to share cherished memories, promote enduring friendships, exchange information and professional knowledge, and importantly to promote the general welfare of our members. We remember and acknowledge members of our alumni who have passed away.

Coming together to strengthen the love and brotherhood we had during our course life, to help each other, to support each other, to cooperate, to overcome the problems we face and share our happiness together.
